They are overloaded with the outgoing traffic thus causing it slow on everyone's end. Just trying to go thru the affiliate payout takes 10 minutes to go thru the last 4 hours of commission payments.
And they say it was a DDOS attack 
that was from all the users checking their deposits and payouts
