This guy is part of this khan telecom kidsgroup that have numerous nicks, and it would be already full of neg rep. if his thread would not be self moderated. Any admin can just check his private communication to verify whats going on behind the scenes.
Anyway, we can also just wait until he scams enough people to fill this thread with more complaints. Its meant as a warning cause some might not realize that his thread is self moderated and thus looks less suspicious feedbackwise. Obviously everyone is free to deal with him (great rates) and report back of the success
