You can't. You're in the investor based games section of the forum. It says only invest what you can afford to lose, which is totally true. I understand that you lost btc on this site and as there is clear evidence of the site never starting up again, you've got to move on.
Obviously I think all ponzi owners who shut their service down are idiots who don't know how a proper ponzi should be ran but there is nothing you can do about it.
Investing in ponzis is gambling and if you don't like it don't do it - but there will still be plenty of other people, like me, who believes if you make calculated decisions regarding investing in ponzis then you can still earn profit. You just have to be very careful and be willing to accept defeat when you do lose.
