Indeed very true, I think this will lead you into a pool of bad hobbies or addictions, as you leave one hpbby and get attached to other, this keeps on going I guess until you find all at one place and destroy yourself.
In terms of natural way of staying away from gambling, I think for one to really stay away from gambling if it encounters another addiction type that will match the addiction it's getting from doing gambling or even surpass the happiness or any benefits does gambling gave to them.
