I recently started a new business(
kipplex.com) and after testing the water a bit in the market, we decided to start accepting Bitcoin and will soon be putting in permanent discounts/benefits for those that use Bitcoin over other payment methods.(Paypal, CC, etc.) However we have not seen too much growth lately. I am trying to figure out some alternative places to advertise paid services to the bitcoin community. Does anyone have some suggestions of where to post?

This forum is a good place to start. Try the services section. Also other things that come to my mind are:
-Offer a signature campaign. Members will advertise you by doing posts, linked to your site in signature.
-Do giveaways/tip on exchanges chats.
-Try posting on zapchain and offer a little BTC reward for asking you questions about your site.
