I guess you have your reasons but I can't really see it right now. Did UK just pass laws on bitcoin or something ?
AFAIK players may use VPN, so it is not a big problem if they are really love to play on PD. And I think it will decrease their customer base significantly because they are the best and most trusted dice site. Loyal players will never move to other sites just because this problem.
