I'm pretty sure IF there was a target date to add XEM, that wasn't it.  Guess again.  

As Mixmaster said, I'll believe it when I see it.  Zaif is a very exclusive exchange that don't just add currencies that often so I hope people don't get their hopes up too much.

I have a bit of a bad taste though.  We had promises that we would have four exchanges on launch and barely even got one.  Hahaha.   Now we have 5 so they did add us, but it took a while.  These things aren't always easy.
