Yes the last block is still 'maturing' you can see the status of the block here:
https://www.kano.is/index.php?k=blocks and you will notice that it has +50 confirms. when this reaches +101 it will change to 'Matured' after which Kano will manually process the payments to everyone and will then post confirmation of the transaction here. Occasionally he will wait to make payment if there is another block that is almost matured and then he will do all payments at the same time. Also sometimes there might be a delay if he is sleeping when the block matures.
