1) Right-click dash-qt.exe, click "create shortcut"
2) Right-click the shortcut, click properties, and change the line "target:", to read:
"C:\Program Files\Dash\dash-qt.exe" -wallet=wallet1.dat
That's it, you're done... use that shortcut to access this specific wallet
