i have 24,972 views in PopUnder , %25 commission 6243 views goes to site owner, so i have 18729 views. if it is 1 dolar for 1000 views so i have to get 18 dolars... but my balance is about 0.01 btc, even i dont count other add spots.
Short answer, Popunders are broken in a way we don't know, we are seeing minus amounts of popunders, so some of them don't stop serving when they expire and they carry on... we are looking into it, so you are earning less on popunders but we don't know the specifics - yet.
