OP updated, what we are working on:

- A secure Web wallet (didn't pick one yet so if you have any suggestion we are listening)
- Updating Creditpay to HD wallet
- Updating creditbit-Qt and creditbitd to 1.3.0.0 (fixing some bugs and major other updates)
- Got a guy to manage/work in social media accounts.
- Trying to get exchanges to add creditbit.

When updating creditbit-Qt, is it OK just to execute update program and it will automatically update to version 1.3.0.0 ?

yes that will do it, you don't need to worry about anything because your wallet is saved somewhere else in your system (depending on which OS you run).
