This doesnt make sense at all. If you are gambling then you should only gamble with what you can afford to lose. If fortunejack refunds you then they will need to refunds everyone that lose as well, that totally doesnt make sense at all. Their rebates term has clearly been stated that you need to be the top 3 within one week, it is your fault for not reading

Like I said, they could have a rebate promotion for everyone if they wanted -all they need is for it to increase their overall volume of bets by 10-15% for it to be profitable in the short term, and much less than that with player retention. 4grinz offers 10% rebate on weekly losses every single week for every bet. Think about it, maybe it will start to make sense eventually for you.
"WE RETURN 20% OF YOUR LOSSES" was very clearly stated. Nowhere on this sign did it say "Unlucky Jack Promo" or "Only 3 players (so probably not you)"
How is it my fault that they have misleading advertisements on their own site? From the looks of this thread history, this is the kinda they seem to have a habit of doing.

Please see my previous post, where I explained how the sign in your lobby said nothing about Unlucky Jack, or Top 3 only, all it said was "NO LUCK TODAY? WE RETURN 20% OF YOUR LOSSES"
I saw the unlucky jack thing, and at the time thought it was unrelated since it only paid the top 3 losers of the week, while the sign i saw implied that they paid 20% to everyone on a daily basis "hence, ' TODAY ' "
I asked in the chat, and only got a response from two other players who also didn't know how to get the 20% back from "todays losses"
Why doesn't your sign say "Unlucky Jack Promotion, Weekly Losses Refunded for 3 Most Unlucky" or something like that.
