That is very bad.
First you ask people to share your ref link and then they use money to advertise their ref link and then you block them, not cool.
Also I am very sure that if there is few hundred real paid views from referral links it shouldn't be problem. That is like 0.01$ and it most likely cost more to get those views.
At least put warning on your site that you don't want your site to be advertised so people don't start promote it and then lose their money because you block them.
This is not the case. The point is we ban fake and fraudulent sites who fake impressions numbers or robot generate them.
Bottom line is, if you are a real site, with genuine traffic then you have nothing to worry about, and if you invite genuine publishers then again, nothing to worry about.

I was saying that he (quote below) was being overly cautious and he should't do that or at least have warning about it if he wants to keep doing it even though it isn't necessary.
I've been banning people who send traffic to their ref links. My auto system does it after like 2-4 minutes when it notices spikes in traffic.
