I bet manchester can win the game. and I hope leicester lost 3 points. manchester city will top the standings this week. 
I don't know if Leicester will lose against Liverpool on Tuesday. Even tough Leicester had a rough start on the new year, and many so called 'experts' wrote them off the top 5 in the league, they are still playing excellent.
You never know about the inconsistency of Liverpool - Klopp doesn't quite have his kind of players atm, so Liverpool is really a hit or miss.
