So far, my profile is the only one that I have seen that contains a geographic location. I'm not ashamed to be associated with Bitcoin, I don't owe any money, and I don't cheat or steal. I even tell the truth when submitting tax returns. 
Surely I'm not the only one here.
Anonymity on the Internet is important - there is a danger associated with providing personal information online. As well as this, if you build up a reputation (either good or bad) then people can link that to your real self and there may be some slight problems that happen. If you have an altercation with someone online and they are able to find you in real life, then that's an issue. Surely I'm not the only one here.
