Op you should really have wrote that clause in the main post that you reserve the right to sell to anyone at anytime.

Dont worry both the OP and the highest bidder won are same persons alt account, this they are doing to scam it, so it is much better to just avoid this type of auction where OP is accepting the bid lower then his minimum offer.
