As I said above, stop using shitty services. There is no issue on your end, so you cant fix it. The person that made the transaction needs to change their software.

which wallet are you using? if it's blockchain, you should only have 1 address, can you post this addresess? In case you're using a desktop wallet (core, multibit, electrum,...) you'll have multiple addresses. can you post the address you were using?
