The withdrawal is indeed automatic. I have made alot of withdrawal since I join their casino and all withdrawals was processed less than a minute, the site never dissapoint me in withdrawing any amount so far. If you are not receiving your withdrawal and it is written pending in your transaction list then contact support.

It is automatic yes but sometimes big win could take alot more times, perhaps the wallet is empty right now or there is some issue with your withdrawal. This is sunday so perhaps all the staff is taking some weekend holiday, they will surely answer your email soon since monday is coming.
I always get instant withdraw it is around 2 minutes after I make withdraw request and the amount around 300mbtc to 400mbtc every time I make request it is almost instant never get any problem so far at fortunejack and maybe it is because a small amount. And yeaaaa I see you get a very big amount winning that's why they need to check everything carefully , isnt it reasonable? And Here you are get paid 40btc congrats!
