I was on Cavirtex and have been merged to Kraken, it doesn't bother me. But what I find bad is that accounts have been merged without cancelling the orders pending on Cavirtex, so I'm missing all my coins that were on orders. I've sent 2 emails to the support team since 3 days and still have no response. As a new client, I'm starting to lose faith in this Exchange and haven't been here for more than 1 week. I want an explanation, I'm missing 80 LTC and 0.15btc.
