Well i think its better to contact the owner of the site before you calling the site as scammer.For me they are not scammer and they are has good reputation here in our forum. Maybe there has a bug on his site so they fixing it first before inform you
And i think it will fix your issue just talk to betcoin.ag and be patience their reviewing your issue.
Just dont be rude with them and give them a chance to fix your issue..
