It is considered piracy and can get your account banned. Also, chances are someone will eventually report you, making all keys void.

And where did i state that the keys are from MSDN (Bizspark) accounts, where i state that i sell keys without COA? Nowhere, Vod and his sheep followers (like you) just assumed that without ever asking.
