I would not say excellent quality, especially if I looked closer as you clearly cannot read a simple line. Yes you are accepted and yes you can post for payment now.

If I had to post it I would,this user has multiple alts on the forum with one of them negative tagged,but since he seems to be changed (by his quality of posts) I would let him be.

Yes indeed I have 2 accounts in the forum, with the username mrsandi. I think you know the mrsandi that has the trust of negativ, and username join in twitter sign that you manage.
But that account is now not I use, Because this account can not be used to sign the campaign.
