Is anyone else having problems with the BTCpool exchange?

I have a WARP withdrawal there stuck as "pending" for over 10 hours already. The admin said it needs a wallet restart. Later he said that he is looking at the issues, but up to now there's no progress, withdrawal, no ETA, and no further update from them :/
