I think that not only now but since the halving it will be not any kind of pump and dump. Everyone is waiting this event to see what will happen. Meanwhile who believe in bitcoin will continue to buy few amounts time after time with the justified hope that after halving it would be an increase (which can be even not few) of its price. Maybe this time will be even the time of various speculators but not of the big whales (at least this is what I think). They don't need to buy because have enough and it will be enough for them to sell from that which have (if the price will at the level wanted by those.
