I skimmed a few posts and from the looks of it, they are doing what they should do in this section. I see no doubles or other things that violate the rules:
FTFY. As for violating , well
1) They are making low quality posts
2) They have a paid signature
3) They are posting copied content(can't find that quote from hilarious, from the thread where you report people who copy others' post)
4) They are doing so massively, a few might be tolerable
And lastly, similar case which was reported by(now my alt)
TheLegendaryOne and they were banned.
