is this one PAYING? i have been burned with may sites with similar set up high payout Faucets but everything is just numbers on the screen

And with these ads it has now it is making massive losses if it pays so I am very suspicious if it will ever pay.
So if you want to be safe wait for the first payouts to process before starting to use this.
