I deposited bitcoins a couple of hours ago, it says confirmed under wallet transactions but my balance has not been updated yet. anyone else with the same problem?

I have send the transaction hash and screenshots where it is obvious that the deposited money wasn't credited, the support before that was certain the amount was credited but the screenshots and a look at my account proved wrong. The support apologized for their mistake and the technical was going to look further in to it.
I don't know how this is even possible to have this problem. I'm still waiting for over 24 hours to be credited the deposit to my account.
