I don't think that's correct. There was never a stipulation about bct rank for the airdrop. They just checked for double entries.

CryptoMaik, if you successfully entered in the airdrop, they started payouts yesterday sometime and said it could take up to 48 hours to receive them. I just received mine at 7:30 this morning (UTC+5). Per the dev's announcement, if they don't come by the end of today contact the dev via PM tomorrow to get it sorted out.
