You shouldnt have used a vpn, and how do you explain "it change much deposited address generated" ?
When you enter details and click "start", system generates 1 wallet, it cant change it randomly like you are saying. You would have to fill out the form again for the wallet to change.

We have issued a refund for everyone who asked as they had proof of deposit.
You are the second person who is saying the same thing, and the amount is the same and you request just half back?
If this would be your deposit you would request a full refund and you could prove it. That is why we are asking for username,
that is another thing we can check by in DB.
