I found another drawback of using Tor 
I have to enter capcha each time I send PM and I have to wait 360 seconds to send it (even if I didn't send PM's today at all). I think It sould be 360 seconds per account not per IP.

That's why points of evil are in place right now. If you're using any service to hide your IP then you'll get points of evil.
