It wasn't repaid because my account was stolen.  The evidence I've provided to Sarahiko makes it obvious, but he'd rather try to make a little extra cash by selling the account.

Edit: Sarahiko rejected my 0.1 BTC offer and gave me back my stolen account for the price of the loan taken by the hacker.  He's a good guy.  Thanks.
