While I see the price is trading higher on BTER, just try to deposit or withdraw YAC to/from BTER and you'll see the problem! I'm ready to buy lots of YAC and you'll actually get BTC rather than just hope BTER comes around.
What is problem with Bter and YAC at this time now? I can not see any problem after they start agen run YAC wallet - after they trust it is enough reliable situation now - but who knows future. I use Bter every day. YAC Deposit works and it works fast. Exchange works.
Last time I meet deposit problem where deposit itself was ok (in block chain) but deposit transfer to balance inside Bter system was missed. After I have informed Bter, they respond and solve it inside 24 hour. Bter is not this poor total junk Craptsy. Just go to Bter and buy as much as you want. You can do it using BTC or CNY directly or others indirectly.
But price in Bter is now just so cheap (around 0.00000110) so I will just keep.
