Flexybit is a Ponzi scheme - if they don't get enough invested then people who have already invested may not get their deposits back. Flexybit is honest because they said this from the beginning and haven't run away with our bitcoins. Also you may eventually get your deposit refunded if they get enough invested in round 2.

Bitcointalk even state at the top of the page 'Warning: You are in the Gambling section. You are likely to eventually lose any money that you gamble/"invest". Additionally, moderators do not remove likely scams. You must use your own brain: caveat emptor. Do not gamble more than you can afford to lose.'
