All of my masternodes currently have a payment queue rank of 0/3390... Is that normal? 
Same here. No payment for 7 days at least (10 days in one case), but Dashwhale monitoring is normal for all my masternodes, and DashNinja lists them as "active".Is there a rational explanation?
if you use Vultr as I do,, they rebooted my server a few days ago and my last payment was about a day late

there was some glitch with the last superblock, it kicked a bunch of MN's offline
they all reconnected
