My investments were like 5-6hours away from payout...May be I'm being too objective but I think it would be fair if you start the refund process from the closest to the payout investments because the less hours till payout = the better position. Btw I was half(1 investment refund) refunded, so thanks for now.
We will refund everyone together or no one.
Why?
Because technically, those countdowns which were just a few hours away from 0 have technically lost, regarding to our rules. And those who had more than 100 hours, would still have some chances to get paid with the new deposits. So we could also just omit some transactions, while the balance is low, and start paying again as soon as new deposits are coming. But that would cause even more panic.
So I guess our solution is way more fair.
