No the system adjust the payouts rates (erly/delay) depending on the calculations the algo makes.

Sometimes it payouts earlier sometimes later, anyway in 6 hours timeframe from the scheduled time is everything normal, in the event that a payment takes more than 12 hours to come please contact support.
