I feel like refunding the people who lost their money will cause the 2nd round to end much more quickly.  Are you intending on refunding 100% of what was lost or just a portion, I know you think refunding the money will make those people deposit again but think about the people who did not lose money who now do not want to deposit because you are refunding other peoples money with their money causing the program to inevitably end quicker.  Does the positive effects outweigh the negative by doing this ?

Well the positive effect is, we have collected 16+ BTC within the last 24 hours since collapsing of round 1. Our expectations was something around 1-3 BTC and a lot of shitstorm. But obviously, most people who are playing our game, clearly understand the rules, and our refunding is very welcome. Also it seems that most of the people are happy with the reset. They see the new opportunity to earn in round 2. Btw. the deposit rate at the end of round 1 was around 8-10 btc / 24 hours. So the positive effect clearly outweighs the negative effect. We are back again and stronger than ever before.

Whether we will refund 100% or less of round 1, depends on the duration of round 2. The fact is, we will use only a small percent of the balance for the refunding. In round 1 we used that same percentage for advertising, now we have the attention and gained a lot of popularity, so we do not need to advertise that much anymore. So the duration of round 2 will be much longer than round 1. Also we have smaller plans now, but quicker returns, people love quick returns and will join even more.

The next point is, as soon as round 2 collapses, round 1 will be lost forever. Round 3 will refund deposits from round 2 only. So everyone who had open deposits in round 1, is encouraged to keep rund 2 safe.
you said you will refund everyone from round 1. now you say that round 1 investments may be lost forever if round 2 collapse and you are not making any effort to pay round 1 deposits. why do you guys say one thing and after some time the same opposite?
