he has to be a human and do other stuff sometimes 
. Compare PD support stats with others, and you'll notice how fast you will be getting a reply
Completely agree with PrimeDice support high quality standard: some times ago stats were posted about average ticket solution time and they were astonishingly fast.
About the bolded part...yep I guess MICRO sometimes eats drinks and go to toilette.. but only sometimes....not to talk about his bad habit to sleep some hours every night

I used to hate Primedice support. In the past they took weeks to answer.
But since Micro is handling it, it is much more better :-) Every issues are solved in a few hours.
Micro is a very efficient and trustable person so I guess it really was a good decision to hire him for this.
