In my opinion in 2020 Bitcoin will be more stable and with the highest price and a bigger community of users and supporters worldwide. 
That could come true... actually bitcoin users community is starting to grow,, and same as the price, it is now starting to rise too, so in 2020 it might be another good year for bitcoin....
More than 800k registered accounts., but many of them are fake or alt or forgotten.
the majority of accounts here are shill accounts and accounts that people farm to sell or use in a signature campaign. it's no surprise as you can sign up with just a fake email address. if they force you to confirm your account through email, then there will be much lesser fake accounts.
