The service is simple: sign in with google, post a thread, and comment here to verify your bounty listing.

I work with a 3 person team with specialties in various subjects. Post a thread on BTCKnowledge, and/or post your bounty in this BitcoinTalk thread,
and then my team and I will determine if it is doable, and what price is reasonable for its completion.
