In-Town Farming starts!
I would like to request for a farm. I have the s-bld required, but where do I send them? Do we get to keep the land after 'farming' ends? Or is it just a lease?
You need to have the land yourself (someway or another):
- Town has whole farm-worthy chapelries for sale at 1,000 mil.
- In Borough 9, a chapelry has a carry cost of 9.45 mil per year, which nicely leverages the expected farm income of 10 mil.
- Chapelry owners might be willing to lease the operations only with a profit sharing principle.
- Or apply for the availabe CEO positions in others' companies.
Land may be kept in farming condition until wished, or rules change. In any event, farming does not constitute an offer of
free land to anyone now or in the future. The "Well tended vegetable garden" is 1/100 of a Farm and even that costs money to acquire.
