Any proof that he actually gambled? Many people post their sports tips, but don't actually place money on them.

No, I don't think that he deserve a negative feedback. Everytime, he ASKED for an EXTENT that I personally always accepted, so that's still in the deal.
Same here. You can get extensions from the lender and it is up to them if they want to accept it. In my case I accepted the extensions he requested too.
