If you still newbie member and not have much money to buy bitcoin, you can start form faucet or gambling that give you free satoshi. 
Yeah, that's the most possible way to get bitcoin for newbies and everyone who are just starting, but since being a newbie is just for a short period of time, you can try to wait til you becamse a junior member and try signature campaign...
That is true,, some signature campaigns are now I think starting to stop their recruitment, it would be good if campaigns would start to choose which user should be accepted in the campaign or not..might be good if they would just accept from full member and up..
