And there is the problem in i2p itself - if server down and up again, sometimes clients can't find the new way to server forever (not every time but often), it'll be fixed by forced proxy reconnect on 5-10m timeout in client app, for now just follow the topic, i report every server restart, fortunately it happens seldom.
