For me yes, I mean it has value and it can buy you almost anything online or not so yea, it is a real money for me. It's more like a futuristic kind of currency. 
That got a nice ring to it. The future of currency. Yes it is or can be an online currency and nothing else. Of course it will be replicated or some will try to recreate something like bitcoin. Actually it is happening now. If a future is seen in an object then someone will try to duplicate it or copy it.
