You should try to improve the site design, and you shouldn't place an ad right there on the top of the site.

Thanks Jeremy, I get what you are saying about the banner at the top. I dont like it much either, but I need to monetize somehow. With the re-design, I will try to use a more subtle approach with banners somehow. Better than Wikipedia? I have banners and they dont
