i think he get 0.001/account/month if im righ he will get 0.05 from all account and 50% from reff earning = 0.025 , so he get 0.075/month
good earning but you need more time to spend it
i thought .001 for all 50 accounts.But .075 is good amount.So if i start i have to make 49 emails to start. 
0.075btc is a good amount but it's not if you earned it in the duration of month. The effort is really to the highest level and you only earned a penny here.
Better find another way to precious your time and effort. You like to effort then go fine another thing that will worth your effort.
