you have about 0% chance to be accepted in signature campaign while you are newbie, wait a while, make posts, increase you Activity and soon you will become jn.member and then you can easily enroll in signature campaign

Then you are totally wrong, there's some signature campaign that opening a slot for newbie. It means that a newbie has a chance to be accepted in signature campaign, it is possible.
It is still possible but the chance to be accepted is low especially for newbies with less constructive posts history. But I have to agree that its better to wait till their rank up to Jr.Member before joining a sign campaign.
