Those 18.8 looks more like a change address to me after a coin movement than new coins generated. I have noticed in the past that Yobit sometimes move coins to different smaller addresses. There is nothing wrong with that
per se. It is therefore more important to create MIS for a coin through techniques like taint analysis to confirm which accounts are linked etc.
What is more interesting are the early POS transactions like this one
