200 coins are quite a lot of money and if some won so much than he/she should be very lucky. But by knowing dice is purely luck based games and betting 19 btc at one shot is really big risk. Some guys are crazy about the gambling and if they lose bet, all money one shot gone.
Yes it is a lot of money for us but for big whale I dont think it is. If they can bet 19btc once I guess they still have more money to bet again, although it is a loss I think they will recover it back easily
